I deeply resent the abortion segment that begins this episode for many reasons. The most important reason is that it presents only a small slice of the overall abortion debate and as such is nothing more than propaganda. If the Highwire would like to do a comprehensive debate on this most important topic that includes all viewpoints you would be doing a great favor. Until that happens leave the subject alone. You demean yourselves with this biased segment. I also implore you to leave Christianity out of your show. As Americans we are all free to hold whatever religious beliefs we choose. But that also means that we should be free from the religious beliefs of others. Stick to scientific and factual information. Religion is neither.
Thank you! I don’t know who Del thinks his base is, but he is really wrong! He’s made a point of mentioning how wide it is at rallies — people from all sides and parties. Well we’re here ALL the time, not just at rallies. And we AREN’T (all) anti-abortion conservative fundamentalists. Religious freedom ring a bell? Most of the US population is for a woman’s right to choose abortion if she wants and needs it. WE are the average folks. And the nod to climate change as a hoax? Please! If you keep moving to the extreme right, I am out, and so is my support. I have been sharing segments and talking this show up for years now. I can’t even do this if you exclude most of the thinking population to play to your extreme base.
Quoting the CO2 Coalition for cherry picked graphs would be laughable, if it wasn’t so disappointing that The Highway is going down a very unscientific track with regards to Climate Change. The science behind human induced climate change DENIAL is as bad as the vaccines are safe and effective science

We came here for the solid science. Not the religious fundamentalism and not the science denialism. This episode was mostly awful, saved only by Aaron Siri. Not sure I will finish it now.
One BIG reason China is a larger emitter of CO2 than US/EU is because we’ve outsourced so much manufacturing there.
I had to stop the video to comment (Why won’t you let me log in while the vid is running?). Some sort of censorship keeps my computer from playing your vids, and now I can’t restart it, anyway, and I sure can’t re-start it where I left off. I’m so disappointed in Jefferey Jaxen, I probably won’t watch the rest, anyway.
