  1. On the Tic Toc segment, the provision of “divestment” seems like just a loophole they are building into the process. North Korea hereby sells 50% of its interest in “said company” to WEF protagonist #3. Now we own only 9% of the platform. Therefore it is now legal by the statute. The misdirection seems that any of this fully the result of foreign adversaries. It is often an attack by the well funded Geo-designers. For the clever, it leaves an obvious mis-direction and out.

  2. Tiktok Issue: We must look at it from the perspective of mutuality. Yes, the US allows anyone to express their opinions on tiktok. Does China allow anyone to post their opinions on social media platforms in China? Absolutely NOT. If there was the same level of freedom of speech in China, then yes a Chinese backed company can run tiktok in the US and collect the Americans’ data, but CHina censors heavily in China, heck they don’t even allow people use google or facebook in China. Therefore, tiktok should be banned in the US if tiktok is found collecting Americans’ data and sensitive info, interfering in the US elections and policy making.

  3. A 1960’s television series(yes I’m dating myself) “Hogan’s Heroes”…had a character named Schultz who’s infamous refrain, was…”I hear nothing, I see nothing, I know nothing”…
THIS should help people understand why these individuals won’t ask questions or investigate…what they don’t want to know…PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY…and I guess, helps them sleep at night.

  4. Consider censorship as “A Single View Point”…now visualize a room full of people who hold the same point of view…THAT would be a room full of YOU…In other words “Group Think” and what does that cultivate…”Cancel Culture”

  5. Del, it’s not hard to wrap my head around what’s happening with all these illegals coming in, taking jobs from U.S. citizen, etc. To me, it’s an obvious planned event, a take down of the United States of America. It’s been in the works since NAFTA and I’m sure even way before that. Until We The People start asking the hard questions of our politicians and holding them accountable for their votes and their lack of action on these issues, nothing will change. There are those of us who have been with the Highwire since the beginning to do our best to help others understand the gravity of this issue. But, we’ve been ignored from the beginning of this movement. We’ll just keep at it and know that the 100th Monkey syndrome is in action and will result in a positive resolution of this whole behind the scenes operation.

    1. I have news for the government and the media, I can think for myself and do my own research. Stop lying to the American people and blocking the truth.

  6. What I inferred from the clip they played of the Supreme Court justice was this: People don’t know what is best for them. The government does. We decided what is true and what is false, and we will eliminate opposing views in order to “protect” people.

This is the road to tyranny.

    1. C. Delores Tucker petitioned the Federal Government to censor what she called violent pornographic rap lyrics furnished by music companies in the 1990’s to no avail, as the government claimed that artists were protected by the first amendment. Today’s apps/websites are virtual pubs/bars where people socialize freely and voluntarily, so they should be compared. In a bar/pub, there is no way to validate if the gossip, hearsay, or news being told to you by another patron is factual or not, but it is not the responsibility of the pub/bar to patrol the scene eavesdropping on conversations in order to ensure that no one in the room is lying or misinforming someone else. These establishments only host those who patronize their businesses, and are indemnified from any influence that one patron may have upon another. You wouldn’t hold the bar/pub accountable for someone being influenced to sleep with someone else on false pretenses. Rather, it is the responsibility of the individual to discern information received and to decide how to reponsively react in response to the information received. Social media sites are no different! They are host to people looking to socialize! Just like a bar, no one is required to enter a social media site; people do so of their own free will. Just like a pub, people embellish their stories and information on social media sites, and other users have the right to believe them or not of their own free will. The social media sites aren’t responsible for the actions of others, individuals are responsible for their own behavior. Therefore, just as individuals are held responsible for their own acts of crimes in a bar, only those individuals on social media platforms committing crimes should be held liable, not the host site! Every lawyer should be making this analogy in defense of the 1st Amendment. Since the government refused to force music companies to censor the content of their artists in observance of the 1st Amendment, then social media platforms should be held to the same standard…..

  8. Here’s what I don’t get.
People say “the children are being targeted, so then shouldn’t we let government have some level of control to protect our children?”

Ok, sure. No worries. But why does the solution need to be power for the government to overrule freedom of speech.
Instead… How about killing three birds with one stone and improving the physical health and mental health of the youth and just simply ban cell phones for the youth.

I mean, the argument SHOULD be that the parents need to control their children and not let them have things which could harm them. But the counter argument is always that they are too hard to control. So, make cell phones illegal. If you’re under 16 and you have a cell phone, you get fined $5,000. Do you think that will be enough incentive for children (and parents) to stop having children use cell phones.

  9. Gates is an evil and dangerous ma.n. He Maybe he and the elite are the ones who need to not be able to eat for awhile and they will stop their woke nonsense.

  10. It is so amazing how the government is so afraid of the truth that they want to censor free speech. If they have nothing to hide they would not be afraid of people speaking the truth.

  11. That is the reason that our founding fathers wrote our Constitution and the amendments and the first 10 are they Bill of Rights to protect the rights of citizens. I don’t trust Jackson who I did not want to see confirmed. I don’t think she believes in the Constitution. The purpose of the Constitution was to limit government interference and control.

  12. ALTHOUGH FREE SPEECH IS THE FLAG WE’VE WAIVING AND WE SHOULD, I’M ACTUALLY MORE AND MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE DIRECTION WE’RE HEARING FROM THE SUPREME COURT…WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO STOP MISINFORMATION THAT INTERFERES WITH OUR PANDEMIC AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT EFFORTS.

THEY HAVE A GOOD ARGUMENT….IT’S AN EMERGENCY AND WE TELL THE CROWD “GO LEFT AND YOU’RE LIVE” AND THE MEDIA SAYS “GO RIGHT AND DON’T TRUST THEM” AND EVERYONE GOES RIGHT AND DIES.

WORST CASE PRESENTATION OF THE ISSUE BUT IT GETS ACROSS THE PROBLEM ….THEY HAVE THIS REALLY EXTREME BUT GOOD ARGUMENT FOR TAKING AWAY ALL OUR RIGHTS.

    HOW DO WE RESPOND?

  13. DEL: You said the people of the 1700’s were uneducated and today we’re smarter. WHAAT??!! How do you measure that? It seems like we’ve been dumbed down so much in so many areas that most adults couldn’t read or understand textbooks children were taught from, let alone the Federalist Papers! They were taught Sensus Plenior and not Sensus Solum. HOW to think, not what to think. Time to start Homeschooling again from the Holy Bible.

  14. USAID is a CIA front. According to RFKjr’s book The Wu-han Coverup they are one of the largest funders of Gain of Function research. The CIA wanted eyes on the ground in Chinese labs, so they gave up sophisticated gain of function technology in order to get access. They paid for it through their cut out, Danszak at EcoHealth.

  15. ALL our Big Tech companies are accumulating detailed minute by minute data on their users. They sell this data to data aggregators that commercialize it. Why is Tik Tok being singled out? Is this just a Trojan Horse bill for eventually controlling all the tech companies in a new way?
