During a recent speech where President Joe Biden announced new gun regulation, he attempted to make the point that gun manufacturers are the only industry exempt from liability. Unfortunately, that is not true and his statement was called out as misinformation.
There was one more expansive, multi-billion industry that also has extreme liability protection – vaccine manufacturers.
