Is the self-appointed ruling global health agency, the World Health Organization (WHO), finally unraveling once and for all? On the first day of his second term, President Donald Trump signed an executive order initiating the year-long process of withdrawing the United States from the WHO. In February, Argentina’s President Javier Milei followed suit. On May 27, 2025, U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Argentine Minister of Health Mario Lugones issued a joint statement concerning each country’s withdrawal from the disastrous UN-directed agency, declaring, in part:

“The WHO’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic revealed serious structural and operational shortcomings that undermined global trust and highlighted the urgent need for independent, science-based leadership in global health.

We can no longer support a system that fails to protect our people or deliver on its mandate. The United States and Argentina invite all nations committed to scientific integrity, transparency, and the defense of human dignity to join us in shaping a new era of global health cooperation—one focused on results, sovereignty, and a safer future for all.”

Prior to their announcement, HHS Secretary Kennedy traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina, for a two-day meeting with Lugones. The pair discussed key health priorities, including healthcare reform and deregulation. They also discussed how to advance best the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) goals, including addressing chronic disease and more effectively shaping the future of global health alliances. Milei’s government explained the reason behind its departure from the UN-backed WHO, stating:

“The WHO’s prescriptions do not work because they are not based on science but on political interests and bureaucratic structures that refuse to review their own mistakes.”

Undoubtedly, the most consequential aspect of the meeting is the spectacular announcement that the US and Argentina intend to launch what they call an “alternative international health system” to separate from the World Health Organization (WHO). Indeed, the duo highlighted the WHO’s critical flaws in structure and operations were exposed during the pandemic. Emphasizing the horror, Kennedy and Lugones expressed the shared concerns of the masses over the WHO’s early pandemic mishandling. Well-documented, the WHO’s failure to ensure timely transparency restricted the ability of many self-thinking nations to respond effectively. Those failures resulted in severe global catastrophes.

“Together with Robert Kennedy, we believe in the future of collaboration in global health,” Milei’s government shared, adding, “We have similar visions about the path forward.” Kennedy shared his vision for the future of global healthcare at the WHO’s annual assembly in mid-May. In a video broadcast shared at the gathering, Kennedy urged other nations to withdraw from the WHO and establish alternative, more effective organizations. Kennedy stated that he believed the WHO, and by extension, the UN, is under “undue influence” from China, the push of gender ideology, and the billion-dollar pharmaceutical industry.

Indeed, the COVID-19 pandemic—and the sheer madness and tyranny that followed—exposed the intricate psychological operation at hand. The crisis and the ensuing solution (experimental gene-damaging shots, deadly protocols, masks, draconian lockdowns, and so on) uncovered the calculated agenda at play to rob humanity of its freedom. And the WHO was front and center, leading the charge to orchestrate the global response.

Make no mistake: COVID-19 was not just a pandemic. Many believe it was a test of global compliance. In essence, it was a real-time global clinical trial to assess the outcome of mass injection with its mRNA gene-damaging product (regardless of potential harm), as well as a test to gauge compliance, pinpoint resistance, and fine-tune strategies for the next time—the next pandemic. Of which we’ve been repeatedly warned. Masks and lockdowns were not about protection and safety. Instead, they were tools to study behavior.

Until recently, the future looked bleak. Undoubtedly, the reality of forthcoming manufactured diseases remains. Along with that, the threat of increased tracking, digital ID, and programmable money that can be deactivated still looms before us in the not-too-distant future. But there is also a real reason to hope. Good, decent, God-loving people are currently in key positions with the ability to make lasting change. Let’s pray they have the power and support to do so. Kennedy, Lugones, and Milei’s mission to create a better global force to protect global health is refreshing and much needed. Kennedy’s HHS statement with Argentina is exceptional. There is no more accurate or perfectly written assessment of the categorical failure of the WHO than when Kennedy’s HHS stated:

“The absence of meaningful reforms, disproportionate financial demands, and the increasing politicization of the organization have ultimately led the United States and Argentina to withdraw from the WHO.

The organization has shifted away from its founding mission, becoming increasingly reliant on voluntary contributions and vulnerable to the influence of non-scientific agendas. This diversion has distracted from addressing genuine public health threats.

Withdrawal marks the beginning of a new path—toward building a modern global health cooperation model grounded in scientific integrity, transparency, sovereignty, and accountability. Our shared commitment is to cost-effective, evidence-based public health interventions that prioritize prevention, especially in children, by addressing root causes such as environmental toxins, nutritional deficiencies, and food safety standards.

The United States’ Make America Healthy Again initiative is already showing historic progress. Deepening collaboration with partners who share these principles will drive innovation, reduce costs, and help build a stronger, healthier future. The Argentine government, for its part, inherited a devastated healthcare system and is now making rapid progress in rebuilding and strengthening it, with a renewed focus on transparency and quality care for all citizens.

Real health threats demand urgency and gold-standard science. Under President Donald J. Trump, the United States is restoring a sovereign, results-driven approach—putting people above politics. Argentina, likewise, supports public health systems rooted in autonomy, transparency, innovation, and scientific rigor.”
