Biden Launches “Permanent” Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy

Is another pandemic around the corner? With the next presidential election on the horizon, last Friday’s hushed announcement by the Biden administration of the permanent creation of the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, or OPPR, indicates that scandal-ridden Joe Biden has no plans to relinquish the enormous power and control he wielded during the COVID-19 pandemic. Housed within the Executive Office of the President (EOP), the office will be headed by retired Air Force Major General Paul Friedrichs and charged with “leading, coordinating, and implementing actions related to preparedness for, and response to, known and unknown biological threats or pathogens that could lead to a pandemic or to significant public health-related disruptions in the United States.”

The announcement of the permanent formation of the OPPR, which first came to light last year, arrives as the unprecedented authoritarian grip on Americans has slowly loosened over the last year. Yet, despite most of the draconian mandates being dropped and life returning to somewhat normal—minus the not-normal at all and mounting stories of young Americans who “died suddenly”—Biden’s numerous pandemic executive orders are lurking in the shadows, ready to be inflicted once again when his Administration senses a threat. And now, with the creation of the OPPR, which will have up to 25 staff members, there will be no more scrambling to put together a task force first to recommend the implementation of tyranny.

With looming pandemics and climate change positioned to shape the narrative defining humanity’s new normal under the deep state’s Great Reset, according to Biden’s July 21 press briefing, the OPPR will rely on Friedrichs’ expansive 37-year military career to control the endeavor. A board-certified physician, Dr. Friedrichs has directed the Department of Defense (DoD) global patient evacuation system, which supports global medical care and multiple interagency domestic and global disaster responses. Currently Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Health Security and Biodefense at the National Security Council, Dr. Friedrichs most recently served as the Joint Staff Surgeon and the medical advisor to the Department of Defense (DoD) COVID-19 Task Force. Biden boasts that “as the United States’ representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Committee of Military Medical Chiefs,” Dr. Friedrichs worked closely with “many of America’s closest allies and partners throughout the pandemic and in developing medical support for Ukraine.”

Interestingly, despite there being numerous other federal agencies already in place and funded by taxpayers to address and prepare for pandemics, apparently, there is still a need for another office—run by the military—to coordinate and strengthen the Administration’s domestic response to public health threats that have pandemic potential. This response also comprises threats that may cause “significant disruption.” It also includes ongoing work to “address potential public health outbreaks and threats from COVID-19, Mpox, polio, avian and human influenza, and RSV.” As pointed out by investigative reporter Leo Hohmann, every single one of the diseases just mentioned has a vaccine “ready and waiting.” Predicting that the “next big pandemic is already on the shelf and waiting to be released,” Hohmann added the disaster will then “be followed by another vaccine rollout and mass propaganda campaign.” And by all accounts, Hohmann is not wrong.

After all, vaccine fanatic Bill Gates has repeatedly warned that future pandemics caused by various pathogens are on the horizon. Indeed, as the United States gently introduces FedNow, which opens to door to digital currency in the US, many countries are implementing digital IDs and Central Bank Digital currencies on the heels of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hohmann suggests, “Think of the possibilities if the next pandemic were to hit in the summer of 2024 and just gets worse into 2025 as a new president takes office. The globalist elites will by then have a newly upgraded digital enforcement mechanism to lock people down that was not available to them at the peak of the COVID plandemic in 2020 or 2021.”

Still, for those not convinced that the new OPPR will be centered around “getting more Americans injected with more of Big Pharma’s new generation of mRNA vaccines,” Hohmann underscores the following paragraph of Joe Biden’s press release announcing the permanent OPPR spells it out clearly, stating the new office will:

“Drive and coordinate federal science and technology efforts related to pandemic preparedness. Specifically, OPPR will oversee efforts to develop, manufacture, and procure the next generation of medical countermeasures, including leveraging emerging technologies and working with HHS on next generation vaccines and treatments for COVID-19 and other public health threats.”
