With all due respect, the idea that you should be able to force a company to produce products a certain way is completely counter to the Freedoms you all state are so important to you. The only way that change should happen is through your $ spending. Don’t support the companies and they will be forced to change. And if the public is too stupid and decides to keep giving their money away to poison themselves, that’s on them, not on the company doing it. THERE IS ONE EXCEPTION TO THIS THOUGH – If the company is actually being given financial benefits/incentives from the Government / Public funding – then I completely agree, the Company no longer falls under a Private company situation and should be forced to do as the public demands. But in reality, Government money / Public money SHOULD NEVER be used in this way. Therefore, that’s where a real fix also needs to occur. Because if you don’t fix that, then the Corrupt Corporate Government will just shift the funding and criminal activities from one company to another, after the first company starts complying as per public demand.
