In 1980 I meet people who escaped from the old USSR. I heard stories about the authorities weaponizing medicine. One example is a guy being dragged off to the hospital and never coming back to his apartment he was a political activist and labeled a trouble maker. Another story was a family working at a meat packing plant but was not allowed to eat meat because their social score was too low because they did not sign up to inform on their neighbors. After starving Germans to open the door for Hitler, the Nazi Ag bio-weapons lab was moved to Plumb island NY after WWII and now they moved it to Kansas. = 5th Generation Warfare.
