As far as i understand it, man and women have more than a thousand genetically differences, and this does not changes during confusing and manipulative education programs. What does change is the feeling and interpretation of reality. The mind of a young human being can easily be confused and mislead by authority figures.
People who do this are mocking and destroying God’s images. They are turning the physical reality upside down, just like the Satan does.
These children’s feelings are then confused by demonic spirits and enticed into believing their creation is a failure and must be corrected. When they go along with this and have themselves mutilated, these spirits withdraw their deception, revealing the rough reality. They these spirits accuse and mock these victims for what they have done. What happens next is either de-transitioning or self destruction.
