Really glad you had someone one who understands the holistic nature of health. He even mentioned fight or flight mode!
He does seem to believe in viruses since he mentioned them, which is ok. But I’m curious. His bucket analogy, which I 100% agree with (in that the bucket fills and can’t be emptied unless you are out of fight or flight mode, have correct gut biome and are physically aligned properly), how much space do viruses take up in that bucket?

I get the impression some people will say they take up almost none but maybe there are other people who believe viruses are the major factor.
