FALL OF MAINSTREAM MEDIA
Comments
Several mainstream media outlets have been forced to make drastic staff cuts due to low ratings and fire high level employees due to misconduct. In its place has risen a vastly unique array of citizen journalists grabbing enormous market share and viewers from the defunct mainstream media apparatus . Seeing the trend, mainstream rejects such as Chris Cuomo have abandoned ship to infiltrate the ‘alternative’ space hoping the public will forget their past.

You anchors are boasting about high standards of integrity and transparency… but now I find that you quietly took away access to your episodes and reports (last year and beyond) which you initially kept accessible for years in public archives ( from last year and longer).
I hope you can see how that looks like ”
erasing history” and the OPPOSITE of transparency.
Biden signed on to digital id because his handlers told him to. Corruption knows no boundaries so youth will not fix this. Take off your blinders Del and co. This is all a facade. We cannot vote ourselves out of tyranny. The globalist parasites will continue their march toward totalitarianism while we file our useless lawsuits until all are enslaved. Cash is king until no one accepts it anymore. Their method is to ban by making everything unaffordable. We will eat the bugs or die. We must stop the hopium and see the real and only truth if we are to battle it.
With the sudden absence of access to previous episodes/reports by The Highwire, It may be time to re-evaluate our motivation to donate here. Like Dell always opens EVERY episode of The Highwire,:
instead of corporations, “You are our Sponsors!”
Re. getting some young people into office to understand this new technology
I don’t think youth is quite the issue. I see plenty of young people who, for example, don’t understand what’s going on with AI, because they attribute greater abilities to it than it really has. Secondly, I’m not so confident that they really mind being “caged” by the tech itself. I think many of them are conditioned to it.
Just saying be careful what you wish for.
I like what Carl Sagan said 27 years ago:
https://youtu.be/jod7v-m573k
See if it rings a bell…
CS: “We live in an age of science and technology with formidable technological powers.”
CR: “Science and technology are propelling us forward at accelerated rates.”
CS: “That’s right, and if we don’t understand it–and by “we” I mean the general public–if it’s something that–“Oh, I’m not good at that. I don’t know anything about it.”–then who is making all the decisions about science and technology that are going to determine what kind of future our children live in? Just some members of Congress? But there’s no more than a handful of members of Congress with any background in science at all.”
…
CR: “What’s the danger of all this?”
CS: “There’s two kinds of danger. One is what I just talked about, that we’ve arranged a society based on science and technology, in which nobody understands anything about science and technology. And this combustible mixture of ignorance and power, sooner or later, is going to blow up in our faces. I mean, who is running the science and technology in a democracy if the people don’t know anything about it?
And the second reason I’m worried about this is that science is more than a body of knowledge. It’s a way of thinking, a way of skeptically interrogating the Universe, with a fine understanding of human fallibility. If we are not able to ask skeptical questions, to interrogate those who tell us that something is true, to be skeptical of those in authority, then we’re up for grabs for the next charlatan–political or religious–who comes ambling along.”
