Probiotics: There have silently regulations been invented ordering the sterilization of dairy products and fermented vegetables like sauerkraut. We are really alarmed and have started to ferment the latter at home. Dairy has unfortunately another twist (and that’s not just in the E.U. – that reeks like a global agenda) :
Vets are obligated/authorized to jab even the most wholistically kept livestock of organic farmers. It’s not too far fetched to assume some of the brand- new substances take the same pathways like in the unfortunate lab mouses and survive the usual food processing. Since we not gonna keep covertly a cow we are about to phase out all the beloved stuff.
I really appreciate the incredibly worthwile show the Highwire crew is creating for us and I dream of a future affiliate in my country dubbing/captioning it – there’s nothing like that over here – by far.
23 and Me: you cannot be sure that your data is deleted, because they probably have already made back ups of the data base…..
I really hate to say this, but by her own narrative, she is not a good scientist, more a little adventurer. She freaked out over Covid fear mongering??? Wow…. I am stunned.
And by the way… commercial Kefir is not what we make at home … in Turkey or Greece or Germany. We really let food ferment. Here, they just acidify it, then thicken it and throw bifidus powder into it. Same with most pickles and most sauerkraut over here… you are being fooled! So sad… so ignorant, still.
I think making kefir, “yogurt,” kraut, and kombucha is becoming a big thing among many I am meeting lately. A doctor told us about Dr. William Davis who wrote SUPER GUT. Next thing I knew, our daughters were making it.
She says: Remember, I worked for Pharma, where it is all about safety…. now isn’t that precious? I had no idea that big pharma is all about testing for safety!
It seemed like a security risk to use any DNA service, just as it is a risk to give one’s birth date when it is not needed, when a checkbox for sufficient age would do.
Del, I don’t understand why Dr Hazan is protecting the yogurt and kefir companies when she knows that the information on their labels is not correct . When info like that is found out, shouldn’t there be a recall to test the products? She is in the position with her testing equipment to call for a recall so everyone knows the info is correct on the label. I am sure that the new MAHA group would be interested in using her information to help the public know what they are buying. I am happy that you have a direct line to RFK Jr to connect Dr Hazan to him;
What kind of vitamin C do you recommend? Someone told me the IV vitamin C is not natural and not so good. Just wondering.
