WIN: ICAN-FUNDED LAWSUIT HALTS LAW ALLOWING 11 YR. OLDS TO GET VACCINATED WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT
In a HUGE win for parents in D.C. and beyond, a federal court for the District of Columbia just granted a preliminary injunction in a case funded by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), and another case, that challenged D.C.’s law allowing doctors to vaccinate children 11 years of age and older without parental knowledge or consent. ICAN CEO, Del Bigtree explains the case argued by ICAN Legal Counsel, Aaron Siri.
I’m a former Court Reporter & Clerk of the courts in southern Ontario. I sat with Justice Alex Pazaratz and he has a record of positive and balanced decision. All the judges I worked with in Hamilton, Brantford, Toronto, Burlington and Guelph were ethical and gave fair and just decisions. The highest court of appeal is here in Ottawa. The court in Ottawa, which was responsible for incarcerating Tamara Lich, should be audited. I dealt with that court 10 yrs., and was not always impressed with it’s validity or efficiency. What they did to Ms. Lich was against the law, i.e., The Canadian Charter of Rights & Freedoms. In fact ALL the courts in Ottawa should audited so the we know that administration of justice is transparent and ethical. Vive la Canada!
