God bless you del bigtree and the highwire crew <3 <3 <3 I just wanna speak a little on this episodes truth; as I have been studying this predicament we all find ourselves in for 9 years now myself and have been forced to work through these psychological hurdles of sorts myself! Firstly, thank you del for expressing your frustration and anger in a very sensible and well thought out way! Both of which are totally natural emotions and I have seen in many of my teachers over the years. Completely understandable since we have been trying to wake up and empower individuals for a very long time; long before I was ever born… My teacher himself at the last workshop I went to explained he's been doing this for 40 years and somedays it just seems like things are getting worse! If dels frustration brought up some not so comfortable emotions inside of you listen to them; they are probably telling you some very important information about yourself!!! I saw this inside myself years ago and when you meditate upon this and follow it to its source you may realize like I did that indeed I was not taking full responsibility for myself and their frustration and/or anger was well justified! Imagine you teach your child to clean up after themselves and how important this is and repeatedly 1000's of times until the day they move out they ignore you and continue to make a mess of everything in the house; how frustrated would you get? Then imagine this continues into their 30's and you visit your child in their home and they are living like a hoarder; clearly terribly sick because of it. How sad this is for a parent to watch for their children. It's time we take responsibility for our lives and learn to take care of ourselves! Start with your food and water; get it clean so you can think straight! Exercise and move your body; your body/mind are perfectly linked and what happens to one will affect the other the only question being how much and to what degree! Strike a balance between the degrees of open minded but critically minded; if you go too far open minded you become niave and are easily taken advantage of and then if you go to far critically minded you will become close minded and cannot grow and learn new information! Be very careful and observe your mind on a daily basis; foster some meditative/ contemplative practice of quiet time with your own mind to root out the paranoia that we are all feeling because of the massive amount of lies in our world!!! Then lastly please trust people and trust each other; the vast majority of people in this world are good people and want a better world! This is easily provable just by observing every day how many people go about their business without attacking, stealing, or lieing!!! It is everywhere you turn!!! Don't let them brainwash fear into you and lies that we are all horrible ruthless human beings; it is certainly unfortunate that humans have designed structures and systems in our world that give individuals exceedingly large amounts of power and control. These as they spoke to so well in this episode need dismantled and redistributed; the tools we create also in turn create us and shape our minds! To a man with a hammer everything becomes a nail! Buckminster fuller says; don't try to change the way someone thinks, instead give them a tool the use of which will change the way they think! Money, government, religion, politics are all tools for society as a whole; phones, video games, social media, etc are all tools as well. We seriously need to think about how these tools are shaping our minds in the short term (you all remember how the smart phone changed everyone back in 2008ish) well its really hard to contemplate how money itself as a tool since as far back as history goes has shaped the individuals mind and thus all of society!!! Just planting some seeds for 100's of years from now for you deep divers reading through all this!!!
