Open Letter to the American People Regarding the Willful Destruction of Our Military by Its Own Leadership

Nearly three years ago, in March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared that COVID-19 was a global pandemic, and the first human vaccine trials got underway with Moderna’s mRNA shot. Immediately, as the ominous plot to control humanity unfolded before our very eyes, warp-speed COVID-19 vaccines became the trumpeted solution that would return our overwhelmingly isolated and locked-down lives back to normal.

Right on queue, governments, institutions, and mainstream media spent months indoctrinating as much of the fearful public as possible. It began by promoting the jab as a remarkable savior soon to emerge in the shape of a needle and syringe filled with a never-before-injected gene-damaging product that now holds death as one of its more severe side effects.  

A short nine months after the WHO’s proclamation, in December 2021—backed by big pharma’s phony assurances that their COVID-19 jabs were over 90 percent effective against SARS-CoV-2—the WHO spoke again, issuing its first emergency use validation for COVID-19 jabs. On February 27, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for its third COVID-19 shot. By April 2021, at least 1 billion COVID-19 vaccine doses had been administered worldwide.

Here in the United States, meeting the deadline set by President Joe Biden, all adults in all 50 states and Washington D.C. were eligible for the deadly jabs on April 19, 2021. That same day, Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby led a press briefing urging all Defense Department employees to make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine.

Of course they wanted to force the mRNA jab experiment on our service members. Remember, mRNA vaccine research has been funded by the DoD (or, more specifically, the American taxpayers) for decades. On August 9, 2021 (as Johns Hopkins reported global COVID-19-related cases surpassed 200 million), Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin sent a memo to all DoD employees informing them of his decision “to seek the President’s approval to make the vaccines mandatory no later than mid-September, or immediately upon the U.S. Food and Drug Administration licensure, whichever comes first.”

Lo and behold, less than a month later, on August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, marketed as Comirnaty, for all Americans 16 years and older. Two days later, Secretary Austin issued guidance for mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations, directing the Secretaries of the Military Departments to “immediately begin full vaccination of the Armed Forces under DoD Authority on active duty or in the Ready Reserve, including the National Guard.”

The debacle that ensued following the approval of Comirnaty is nothing short of mind-blowing. Amid the firing of unvaccinated soldiers and massive potential fraud surrounding the labeling of the Pfizer COVID-19 jabs being forced upon our nation’s military service members, nine concerned service members sent a memorandum on August 17, 2022, to all Members of Congress to report illegal activity by the DoD. Did the DoD administer doses of the EUA vaccine instead of the approved Comirnaty? It certainly appears so. Such an egregious action would go against the “rules” spelled out in the illogical mandate.

Regardless, labeling deception and firing dedicated service members are not the only un-American moves the military made as they forced our nation’s protectors to get the dangerous experimental jab. Under the leadership of the Biden Administration, nearly 200 high-level government officials from multiple agencies took a “methodical approach” when dealing with and ultimately denying religious exemptions. Thirty-one military chaplains filed a class action lawsuit in May 2022, alleging the unconstitutional denial of religious accommodations relating to the vaccine mandate.

And now, as we enter into 2024, at 4 am on January 1st, 231 military personnel and veterans sent the Joint Chiefs an open letter titled “Declarations of Military Accountability.” Calling out many uniformed leaders by name, the letter is not addressed to military leaders but rather to the American people directly, calling out the conduct of military leaders surrounding the use of experimental vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Noting that military leaders broke the law while implementing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, the soldiers declare they will exhaust all moral, ethical, and legal means to restore the rule of law broken by these leaders. And they aim to begin by “attempting to hold senior military leaders accountable.” The letter lays out a general plan of accountability and a Constitution-saving call to action for those who share the authors’ views. Calling out, among others, GEN Milley, ADM Grady, ADM Gilday, and GEN McConville, the letter declares, in part:

“While implementing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, military leaders broke the law, trampled constitutional rights, denied informed consent, permitted unwilling medical experimentation, and suppressed the free exercise of religion.

Service members and families were significantly harmed by these actions. Their suffering continues to be felt financially, emotionally, and physically. Some service members became part of our ever-growing veteran homeless population, some developed debilitating vaccine injuries, and some even lost their lives. In an apparent attempt to avoid accountability, military leaders are continuing to ignore our communications regarding these injuries and the laws that were broken. 

These individuals enabled lawlessness and the unwilling experimentation on service members. The moral and physical injuries they helped inflict are significant. They betrayed the trust of service members and the American people.”
