Oregon HB 3063 Vaccine Bill Passes House, Moves to Senate

UPDATE: 5/6/2019 – HB 3063 passed 3rd reading and final vote in the House. The bill now goes to the Senate.
HB 3063B passed the full House on second reading on 5/2/2019. It is scheduled for 3rd reading and final vote in the House on today [Monday]. The floor session starts at 11:00 AM and HB 3063B is first on the agenda.

Many have taken to social media, in addition attending hearings and rallies, to express their opinions about the bill.
A Cease and Desist letter was issued on behalf of Oregonians for Medical Freedom to the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA). calling out more than a dozen pieces of mis- or disinformation claims being used by proponents to lobby in favor of House Bill 3063, OFMF outlined the ONA spread of disinformation including proof of their dissemination of fraudulent email communications that had been distributed to countless contacts and ONA members publicly trying to gather support for the proposed vaccine mandate
