FDA LAWSUIT EXPOSES SAFETY OF CHICKEN POX SHOT
As part of its mission, the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) ensures products mandated for injection into American children go through property safety testing. ICAN asked the FDA for all clinical trial reports relied upon to license Merck’s chicken pox vaccine. After 14 months of stonewalling by the FDA, ICAN sued and was given 10,796 pages of data. Upon reviewing the documents provided, it was found that this experimental vaccine was licensed without the use of an inert placebo, that serious adverse events observed were considered ‘unrelated’ by the manufacturer’s investigators, the studies used were woefully underpowered, and all study participants were given the vaccine after the study concluded, thus hiding any potential long term health effects.
ICAN will be taking additional formal legal action regarding the lack of safety relied upon to license this product.

I agree. I am very interested in justice and righteousness against the captured regulatory bodies. As the January 6 committee uncovers other high corruption at the Executive Branch and we just saw SCOTUS overturned bodily autonomy for women from the Judicial Branch, and only seeing 18 Senators interested in changing laws this late in the plandemic from the Legislative Branch, how will Americans ever have confidence in this government again? Believing in the VOTE is becoming increasingly difficult given the ability to gerrymander voting districts, utilize the filibuster rules, and install electoral college votes——->Wake Up we are not a democracy. We are a captured Republic.

I don’t know if you ever read these comments, but Del seems to have made a mistake in his interpretation of the exchange between Ms. McNally and Dr. Hastings on the CICP vs. the VICP. Dr. Hastings did NOT say that COVID claims had been moved to the latter. She stated that currently, all such claims are going through the CICP. I think Del’s confusion stems from the similarity between the sound of “Vee” and the sound of “Cee”. The PREP Act clearly puts COVID jab injury compensation under the purview of the CCIP during this declared health emergency, as a designated “covered countermeasure,” and there wouId be no mechanism, as far as I know, to move claims over to the VICP, unless and until the (God forbid) COVID jabs were put on the childhood vaccine schedule. I don’t know why Jeffrey Jaxen didn’t correct Del on this. Just to confirm, I did an internet search on recent journalism related to COVID jab injury compensation, and every article I found indicated that any claims are being handled by the CICP (not the VICP). Also, Jeffrey himself, I believe, made an error in stating that the vaccine manufacturers have liability under the VICP. Really, they don’t under any normal circumstances. The public and their insurers pay a tax with each dose administered, and this is the pot from which victims are reimbursed if they’re fortunate enough to prevail in “vaccine court.” I think Mr. Jaxen knows this and just misspoke, but this arrangement cannot be conflated with any real liability on the part of the manufacturers.

In fact, NOBODY is using any of the proper tools to analyze a Coronavirus. The first step is to run an official culture from a blood sample, because if there is a virus infection in the respiratory system then it’s also going to show up in the blood culture. Funny how NOBODY talks about that Frickin’ FACT!
